I have a defective truck. The sales manager chose to treat swapping out this unusable defective truck as if I were trading it in. The salesman Mr Propst was very helpful and had the unfortunate task of presenting this deal to me. The sales manager affixed an absurd balloon note to artificially keep my payment the same for the short term but as all balloon payments are, a scam on paper, I declined this ridiculous attempt. The sales manager gave me the number to GM and basically said he was no longer involved in any resolution. Meanwhile, I have a 2024 truck that I never know if it’s going to start or get out of first gear. Virtually useless. My business requires I have a truck to pull a gooseneck. The waiting weeks for the transmission part costs me dearly. The owner of the dealership offered to let me use his personal truck but that didn’t seem fair to him so I declined. My salesman, Mr Propst did his best and I look forward to working with him going forward, but to make him present this one sided deal was very poor form on the part of the sales manager.

They went Above and Beyond to take care of me. I was out of town in Norman,Ok and my transmission went out. It sat at that dealership for 48 days waiting on a part. I called John at Lawrence Hall GMC. (250 miles away). He arranged for my Pickup to be transported to his dealership and with in 24 hours it was repaired. He then arranged for a driver to pick me up at the airport. As far as I am concerned Lawerence Hall sets the standard for GMC. Whatever is GMC’s highest award for excellence, I would like to recommend John Speer and his team at Lawerence Hall GMC to receive it. ABOVE AND BEYOND SERVICE I am going to dive back 500 miles to Anson to buy next GMC at Lawrence Hallway .

Lyle Baker is great! Our truck was ready when we arrived and he had a couple of extra items added to it for us that really made our experience wonderful. The entire buying process was so smooth and easy. Lyle always takes the best care of us! That is why we will continue to do business with him! I dropped off my 2018 GMC Sierra on Aug 14th for a check engine light code from auto parts showed front shudders from radiator. They called 2nd week of September saying that the tech couldn't find anything wrong, so I picked it up on September 13th. 26 miles later, Found out that Engine code was cleared but when I went to remote start the engine light came back on. Disappointed to say the least. The truck was purchased from LHall Chevrolet of Anson that's where we do business. Four hour round trip is my fault.

When getting my call transferred to the service desk, no one ever answered my call. I left a brief voicemail with my number. Couple days later and no response. I called again, again no one answered. I was asked if I wanted to leave a voicemail and I told her no due to no one getting back to me. So my name and number were taken. Hours later someone finally reached out to me. I have been a customer for several years and back in the day it was not managed in this way. I don’t feel like the employees treat the customers with a smile. More like a bother. Not the first time this has happened. I have no complaints to the service work on my car, just the trying to get through to schedule an appointment and the customer care is not the same. Probably short handed like everyone else.

I came in for a check engine light. I expected to just have the service advisor to just scan my truck and setup an appointment to come back for the repairs. They were extremely busy. But they were able to get the problem fixed while I waited.

Your service writer added a oil change to my service when it wasn't due.I brought my 2018 canyon in to have a front pasenger strut replaced . The oil change was done and they poured oil on top of the engine and set the old filter weher the hood latch is and covered it with oil also. Youve got a bunch of pigs working in the back. I wish i could send pictures.
